From an early age, Frank was always interested in food. As a young boy Frank always enjoyed assisting his grandmother and mother and watching various cooking shows. In the middle school Frank had entered the chef’s club and had a good idea that would be the path chosen in the future. While studying at the Culinary Arts Institute in Hudson County College, Frank had learned various cuisines and the respect for food and technique in it’s highest regard. After graduating from culinary school, Frank received a job at Trump Marina Casino, where he would float every ten days at every restaurant and department to hone his skills. After that Frank had met Jay where they would work together and become close friends and companions in the industry for over fifteen years. Frank had spent some time working and doing celebrity catering New jersey and New York City. When the opportunity arose Frank was asked to work along side Jay on the truck, and after two years of learning the food truck business Frank fell in love with the concept and menu that had been fulfilling people’s appetites for that Cajun craving.
